* The COVID-19 Compulsory Insurance is part of Law 21.342 on Safe Return to Work and is compulsory for private sector employees with contracts subject to the Labour Code and who are performing their work in person, in whole or in part, while we are still in a State of Health Alert in the country.
TWe remind you that once the insurance has been engaged, if a new employee joins the company, the law establishes a maximum of 10 calendar days to add that person to the list of insured persons.
